We detect the application usage with or without internet and you can easily limit screen time. If you use Qustodio to protect and Android, Windows or Mac device our controls are quite precise. You want to limit screen time to 1 hour per day. Regarding MDM profiles, this is the state of the industry, we're aware of what our competitors do to prevent uninstall on MDM and we've not found a better solution.
